I love to bake and create things from my own imagination, here is a recipe I created for non-dairy chocolate tiramisu .
2 packs lady fingers
2 packs chocolate pudding non-dairy
2 1/2 cups almond breeze vanilla flavored
2 bars chocolate non-dairy
1/2 bag chocolate wafers non-dairy
1 cup coconut flakes
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon coconut extract
Instructions: Mixed together chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups almond breeze, 1/2 tablespoon vanilla and coconut extract, put in fridge until set. Smash wafers with a rolling pin inside a ziplock bag. Cut up bananas half an inch apart. Melt chocolate in a double broiler with a few splashes of almond breeze to thin it out. Add 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla and coconut flavors. Put together layers of each ingrediant your way, chill and enjoy!
